Tractor Driver required for Watermelon producing farm at Lakeland, Far Nth Qld for our winter production through to October/November.   Main duties will involve tractor driving towing certain equipment, example Harvester Aids, ground preparation machinery, planting machines etc.  You will also be required to assist in general maintenance of the tractors.  Training can be provided to the appropriate person (if needed)  who is keen to carry out such a role and who has a common sense approach to carrying out various tasks.  Other duties could involve general farm work, maintenance work and assisting in preparation work for planting.  Immediate start is available.  Lakeland is based 3 hours North West of Cairns or one hour from Cooktown.  We are on the Peninsula Development Road - gateway to the north.    Hourly rate payable.

Some limited accommodation is available or power/water is available for self contained Caravan.
