Relief Managers (8 days per month)

We are looking for an experienced Relief Manager couple to manage our well-run park located in South Eastern Queensland

It is expected that you have experience in working within the industry of Permanent / Holiday Park Environment, be competent with RMS/computer software and have an understanding of third-party software. Be prepared to reside on site while on duty in your own caravan on a provided site.

This is a dog-friendly caravan park.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Skills in the following areas are required to ensure you can effectively deal with the many challenges and busy environment faced in a great caravan park;

• Customer Service– Exceptional customer service, sales and public relations skills for our customers at all times. 

• Reservation Systems – Experience in the use and operation of a property management system. Specific experience with RMS would be highly regarded for both applicants.
• Management skills – Experience in daily running of the front office, staff management and reporting to owners/managers of park is required.
• Maintenance –All aspects of maintaining the park, including grounds & gardens maintenance, general handyman duties. You must hold a valid manual driver's license.
• Housekeeping – Provide support to the housekeeping staff and assist with cleaning when required. Ensure all cabins are beautifully presented and well cleaned prior to guest arrival.

This is a hands-on role and you would be ideally suited if you:

• Are a self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Are ‘hands on’ and prepared to do whatever is required to ensure the smooth operation of the property.
• Have had previous Caravan Park experience a must.
• Are prepared to work weekends.
• Are prepared to be on call.
• Are passionate about being a part of the Caravan Park industry.
• Onsite site for your caravan available while on duty, Pet OK.
• We require working with children check, Police Check, and First Aid Certificate
• ABN is not necessary or can be accepted.
