The Role

We are looking for a well organised and professional Operations Supervisor to assist the daily operations of staff, vehicles, operations and general duties from our newly refurbished Yulara Depot. This is a chance to live and work in one of Australia’s most iconic locations and work within a small tight knit team.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the induction of and welcome new staff to the depot as required
  • Develop positive ongoing relationships with all staff, management, customers and third party suppliers
  • Lead by example in your adherence to company policy, operations procedures and O H & S guidelines
  • Administrative duties including updating passenger lists, maintaining mileage and fuel usage records, issuing and control of uniforms and keys, invoicing, data input.
  • Ensure all admin requirements in relation to tours including O H & S and fatigue management requirements are adhered to
  • Provide general assistance to the Ops team as required.


Who we’re looking for

We are looking for a great communicator in all formats who has the ability to manage multiple tasks at once, whilst maintaining the quality of work. To be successful you will;

  • Bring proven experience and results in a logistics or admin based role
  • Display strong customer service skills at all times
  • Be competent in Microsoft Office Suite and confidently pick up new systems
  • Possess a flexible and adaptable approach to work in order to work with changing demands
  • Be curious and contribute to the improvement of processes and systems through feedback and action

Those with a travel/tourism background will be highly regarded.
