What You’ll Do:

This role involves key tasks essential to our warehouse and transportation operations:

• Assisting with the operations of the warehouse site in forklift operations and operating a truck from seed shed to warehouse carrying containers
• Maintaining records of quantity and store location of stored cotton
• Assisting in accurate stock counts and bale reconciliation
• Keeping the warehouse, concrete pads, rail, and yard clean
• Cleaning bales and preparing bales for shipments
• Re-bagging bales with damaged bags
• Re-strapping cotton bales with broken straps
• Achieving and maintaining a high level of SHE performance within the site
• Ensuring safe working procedures are followed
• Reporting to the shift supervisor
• Assisting in areas which don’t exceed the skill level

Your Skills & Experience:

We’re looking for individuals who have the right qualifications and physical capability to excel in this role:

• Must have a forklift license
• Must be physically fit and healthy
• Must have truck driving experience
• Need to have good vehicle reversing skills
