Clearacre Farming
Clearacre Farming is an average size family farming enterprises. We are located approximately 30mims south of Mackay and only 10mins from Sarina. Our main focus is Sugar Cane but do run cattle and small crops as well. Due to employees moving on and taking on more farming area the following position has become available.
Season Haulout Worker
We are expected start for a sugar cane season early to mid June and looking for a haul out operator for 2023 crushing season and beyond if both parties are happy. Experience with trucks and a HR license is an essential. Volvo trucks with synchro gearboxes experience would be an advantage. We have elevating and side tipping bins fitted to FM and FL 8 wheeler trucks. We work a 5 on 3 off roster with some extras work on our days off if you like. The season runs through to November-December weather and mill performance permitting. Pay rate starts at $30 per he flat rate, this could increaser depending on experience. Posable bonus depending on how well equipment presentation and maintenance is carried out. We have singles accommodation and caravan facilities on farm otherwise there are caravan parks in Sarina.
