Fabulous 21 Room Motel in the heart of town looking for relief for 2 different periods. 6 days in September – 17th September to 22nd September 2024 inclusive and 6 days in October – 1st October to 6th October inclusive. Very neat & tidy, easy to manage Motel. All linen is outsourced. Full housekeeping staff in place. Managers may need to assist with room stripping when really busy, otherwise this is all handled by housekeeping. Pool to check a few times a week and make sure creepy crawly is operating well. Minimal gardening really just pot plants to water. No food – breakfasts or dinners. Sorry no pets. Guestpoint FOS. Accommodation included – 3 Bedroom Residence provided. $265 per day.
