Excellent river front high rise 124 apartment complex on 2 acres is looking for an experienced management couple to permanently manage this management rights complex. Flexible start date from 1 July but no later than 1 August 2024. This is a wonderful opportunity if you’re looking for a long term sea change in a great location in QLD. Reception hours are Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm & Sat & Public Holidays 9:30am – 12pm. Currently only 10 holiday rentals, which means approximately 20 hrs Mon-Fri required in reception by managers to welcome these guests etc. All linen outsourced. Housekeeping staff in place. All Body Corporate cleaning of common areas outsourced. Managers required to take out industrial bins daily. 2 Pools (1 indoor & 1 outdoor) to be checked daily – the cleaning of these is outsourced. All gardening duties are outsourced. No food. Pets welcome – no more than 2. Resly FOS & MYOB. Accommodation included – Fully furnished 2 Bedroom / 2 bathroom, designated car space, ground floor Manager’s apartment with courtyard overlooking pool. Plus all utilities/ internet included. Training will be provided. Very attractive contract – $100k per year per couple (increased annually by CPI) + 1 month paid annual leave + annual bonuses. Suitable candidates must have an RLA and are those looking to lock in a permanent position for an extended period of time + you must have Holiday Rental Resort experience & management rights complex of this size.
