What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will be essential to ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of almonds and hull. Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely and efficiently loading almonds and hull from the stock pad into cartage trailers and trucks
• Pushing up loads of almonds delivered to the site, ensuring no damage to the product
• Loading trailers during processing and ensuring accurate data recording
• Maintaining the site in a clean and tidy state, generating daily reports, and ensuring the loader is kept clean
• Adhering to the maintenance checklist and reporting any required maintenance to the shift supervisor
• Working collaboratively with other staff and truck drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Following all Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures
• Adhering to the Quality Assurance Systems and associated training programs

Your Skills & Experience:

• Must have valid Front End Loader Competency
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to do manual labor alongside machine operation
• Previous experience in operating large machinery, particularly front-end loaders
• Physical fitness and health to handle the demands of the role
