Cotton Picker Operator

• $40 per hour + flat rate

We are seeking experienced Cotton Picker Operators to join our client’s harvesting team in Deniliquin, NSW. This role involves operating specialized machinery to harvest cotton crops efficiently and safely while performing routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Operate cotton picking machinery, ensuring efficient and safe harvesting
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery
• Monitor crop conditions to optimize yield
• Adhere to all safety protocols and farm regulations
• Work approximately 50 hours per week, ensuring smooth harvesting operations

Your Skills & Experience:

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A valid Driver’s Licence (Car)
• Experience in cotton harvest
• Experience operating a harvester or extensive tractor experience
