Caravan Park Managers

We are looking for an experienced management team who can hit the ground running at our park in Darwin.

You would be part of a professional organisation with plenty of group support. We would expect you to be proficient at managing your time and staff to ensure the smooth operations of the park.

Tasks & Responsibilities

The primary responsibility of the Park Manager’s is to manage the day-to-day coordination and financial management, and always ensure the provision of quality services to guests.  This includes leading a team of staff and promoting a culture that is supportive, fun, and professional.

As Park Managers, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Complete management of the park, including any contractors or suppliers
• Maximising revenue opportunities
• Social Media / Marketing
• Financial management and reporting
• Administration & Reception
• Cleaning and maintaining of the whole park, including amenities, cabins and gardens and grounds to a very high standard
• Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance
• Pool maintenance

About the Couple

The ideal applicants will have the following skills and experiences to be successful in the position:

• Demonstrated experience in managing Tourist Parks
• Experience in developing and growing the park through the implementation of infrastructure and facilities
• Experience working with machinery
• Competent Handyman skills
• Experience using RMS booking software or similar
• Competent computer skills
• Superior communication skills
• Proven ability to problem-solve
• Ability to go above and beyond to meet company objectives as well as ensuring customer satisfaction
• Understanding and practice of workplace health and safety procedures
• Importantly, there is nothing you can’t do.

For the successful applicant, we can offer:

• Remuneration of $150,000 based on your skills and experience
