31 The Rocks in Stanthorpe, Queensland, is seeking Temporary Caretakers for late August-October 2024.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of small accommodation business with 5 villas (cleaning and general maintenance)
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensure guest satisfaction through excellent customer service
- Handle inquiries (direct only)
- No management of billing, finance or OTA bookings
- Ground maintenance
- Laundering is managed offsite (except for tea towels and cleaning cloths)
Requirements:
- Previous experience in hospitality management, cleaning and maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
Inclusions:
- Accommodation in furnished 3-bedroom residence on site
- Utilities including Wi-Fi
- $400 per week (invoiced income)
- Plenty of time to explore the Granite Belt region
Duration:
Temporary position for relief coverage, early September to mid December 2024 (dates flexible).
